About your host, Sharnell

Hi there, I’m Sharnell.

This podcast community is a passion of mine! From a growing corporate career to Founder and Coach to many, I understand what it means to be a faith-driven woman who wears many hats and wants more from life and career.

I studied and graduated from the University of Illinois Gies College of Business and hold an MBA from Eastern University in Pennsylvania. My career for many years was spent preparing and launching brands into the marketplace, as a Brand and Innovation leader in the corporate sector.

Now, as a Speaker and Coach I have the honor of helping ambitious, faith-driven women to set vision, equip, and to build the confidence to launch into their purpose in life and lead with clarity and significance.

Being a mommy myself and wife, my heart is driven to see women thrive and to not just do it well, but to also BE WELL doing it.

Welcome to Ready For What’s Next Podcast with Sharnell Weathersby. You are in the right place.
