From Corporate Strategy to Soulful Leadership

For years, I’ve worked in the corporate sector, building brand and marketing strategies, managing national product launches, and leading high-performing teams. I know what it’s like to chase goals while balancing the pull of personal growth, faith, family and identity.

These experiences shape how I lead — with intention. But it also stirred something deeper.

I have a deep passion for helping others realize their full potential. This requires being fully present and living with intention, caring deeply about what really matters most and being confident that the rest will take care of itself.

Grace & Beauty Tea started as a tea collection but quickly became a movement — rooted in rest, intention, and connection. From quiet cups at home to vibrant events full of laughter and growth, the brand reflects my belief that wellness isn’t a luxury — it’s a necessity. And that beauty blooms when we’re present.

Through this brand, I create products, spaces, and gatherings that help women slow down, reconnect with themselves, and show up in the world with elegance, strength, and vision.
